My commitment to my craft led me to obtain my Associate Broker's license and a designation as Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) from the Real Estate Board of New York, where I am a member. Employing specific, not arbitrary strategies, allows us to efficiently negotiate on your behalf to reach your goals. I have my BFA from UCF where I dual majored in fine arts and economics. i also hold an MFA from SVA in fine arts.
On a personal side, I stay inspired by life. I am a certified Sommelier, moderator of monthly wine club. Creatively, I enjoy painting & sculpting om my home art studio. On good surf days you can find me greeting the sunrise surfing at the local beaches of Long Island, before work. Running marathons (including the NY Marathon) definitely instills the discipline also required in the real estate industry. Arts and athletics always remind me that patience and discipline will lead to amazing results, in life and in business.
